As the Human Resource Director for Captive Radiology Marcy plans, leads, directs, develops, and coordinates the policies, activities, and staff while ensuring legal compliance and implementation of Captive's mission. She recruits, screens, interviews, and places workers as needed at all of our locations. Marcy enjoys handling employee relations, HRIS management, payroll, benefits, and training, while also coordinating the administrative functions of the home office.

 

Marcy has been a part of our team for two years. She began her career in healthcare as a STNA during her senior year of high school and went on to complete her certification as an Activity Director. Marcy has spent the past 19 years serving in various Human Resource capacities as a Human Resource Generalist, Business Office/ Human Resource Director.

 

​Most weekends, Marcy can be found cheering on her daughters in the various sports and marching band activities they participate in, or partaking in road trip adventures with her husband.
